My Spanish Student Visa is a specialist immigration services brand providing Spain student visa application and renewal services. Case work is carried out in collaboration with Platinum Legal Spain, our legal partner in Spain. The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old.
My Spanish Student Visa provides end-to-end preparation and support services for Spain’s student visa (estancia por estudios), both for new applications and renewals. Our services include:

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that all information you submit is true, accurate, current, and complete; you have the legal capacity to agree to these Legal Terms; you are not a minor in your jurisdiction; and your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation. If you provide false, inaccurate, or incomplete information, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services.
Engagement begins when you open a case through our client dashboard and submit the Stage 1 payment. Our fee structure is staged:

All prices are per adult applicant. Family rates available — see our Pricing page. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payments are processed securely; we do not store card details.

To allow us to provide our services, you agree to: provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information throughout your case; promptly supply documents and information when requested by your case manager; notify us immediately of any change in circumstances that may affect your eligibility; and not provide false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation or information.
We accept no liability for delays, refusals, or adverse outcomes resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.
We are not able to guarantee the approval of any visa application. Immigration decisions are made by the relevant Spanish consulate. We guarantee our professional effort and the quality of the work product — not the outcome of any application.
You may not use the Services for any unlawful purpose, to submit false or fraudulent immigration documentation, to circumvent security features of the Services, to engage in automated data collection, or to compete with us or our services.
All content on myspanishstudentvisa.com is owned by or licensed to Retail Consulting UK Ltd and is protected by UK and international intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written permission.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We are not liable for delays caused by Spanish government authorities, losses arising from your failure to meet eligibility requirements, or losses arising from inaccurate information you have provided. Nothing in these Legal Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
Our collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Legal Terms.
These Legal Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, save that we reserve the right to bring proceedings against you in any other court of competent jurisdiction.
