Important limitation — not legal advice
My Spanish Student Visa is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation. Our services are those of immigration specialists providing document preparation and application management. Nothing in our communications, website content, or service delivery constitutes legal advice. If you require legal advice or formal legal representation, you should consult a qualified solicitor or barrister.
3. User Representations
By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:
- All information you submit is true, accurate, current, and complete
- You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update it as necessary
- You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms
- You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside
- You will not access the Services through automated or non-human means
- You will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
- Your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation
If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services and refuse any current or future use.
4. Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, be legally entitled to apply for the Spain Student Visa from your country of residence (the student visa must be applied for at the Spanish consulate in your country of legal residence), and provide truthful and accurate information about your circumstances. We reserve the right to decline to provide services to any individual at our reasonable discretion.
5. Your Obligations
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information. You must provide us with truthful, accurate, and complete information about your personal circumstances, financial situation, immigration history, and any other matters relevant to your visa application.
- Upload genuine documents. All documents you upload or provide to us must be genuine, unaltered originals or certified copies. Submitting false or misleading documents to a consulate is a serious criminal offence; we will not participate in, assist with, or be responsible for any such activity.
- Inform us of changes in circumstances. You must promptly inform us of any material change in your circumstances that may affect your visa application — including changes to your enrolment status, financial situation, marital status, criminal record, or place of residence.
- Attend your consulate appointment. You are responsible for attending your consulate appointment in person and submitting your application dossier. We will prepare you fully for this appointment, but attendance and submission are your responsibility.
- Respond promptly to our requests. Timely responses to our requests for information or documents are essential to keep your application on track.
- Pay all fees on time. You agree to make milestone payments as and when they fall due under the payment structure described in these Terms.
6. Service Fees and Payment Structure
Our Spain Student Visa application service for one applicant is priced at €799 in total, payable in two milestone stages:
- Milestone 1 — €300: Paid to open your case. Covers your eligibility assessment, initial case review, and preparation of your personalised document checklist.
- Milestone 2 — €499: Paid only on visa approval. Covers our support through to approval and post-approval guidance.
All prices are in Euros (€) and are exclusive of any third-party costs (see Section 9 below). Payment is accepted through our secure online dashboard. We accept major debit and credit cards.
7. Refunds and Cancellation
Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. Our milestone pricing structure reflects that work is performed in stages. In summary:
- Once work has commenced on a milestone, the fee for that milestone is non-refundable.
- If you cancel before work on a milestone has commenced, you will not be charged for that milestone. If you have already paid for a milestone on which work has not yet started, we will refund that payment.
- Milestone 2 is only charged on visa approval, so no refund situation arises if your application is refused.
To cancel, please notify us in writing by email to hola@myspanishstudentvisa.com.
8. No Guarantee of Visa Approval
We prepare the strongest possible student visa application on your behalf, using our expertise and experience of the Spanish consulate process. However, we cannot guarantee that the Spanish consulate will grant a visa. The decision to approve or refuse a Spain Student Visa application rests entirely with the competent Spanish consular authority, and is subject to Spanish immigration law and the discretion of the consulate. We are not liable for a refusal decision made by the Spanish consulate.
9. Third-Party Costs
Our service fee covers our professional fees for document preparation and application management. The following costs are separate and additional, and are your responsibility:
- Spanish consulate application fee (Tasas — the official government fee payable at your consulate appointment)
- Criminal record certificate fees
- Apostille fees (for legalising documents, where required)
- Medical certificate fees (where required by the relevant consulate for your specific application)
- Any additional sworn translation costs beyond the €100 included in our standard service fee
10. Prohibited Activities

14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- We exclude all liability for any loss or damage arising from a consulate's decision to refuse, delay, or grant a visa on terms different from those applied for.
- Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with the services, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total service fee paid by you to us for the specific application to which the liability relates.
- We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or any similar losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such losses.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Retail Consulting UK Ltd, including our affiliates and all respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand — including reasonable legal fees — made by any third party arising out of or relating to: (1) your use of the Services; (2) breach of these Terms; (3) any breach of your representations and warranties set out in these Terms; (4) your violation of the rights of a third party; or (5) any harmful act toward any other user of the Services.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that we reserve the right to bring proceedings in any jurisdiction where you are located.
We encourage you to contact us in the first instance to resolve any dispute informally. Please email hola@myspanishstudentvisa.com and we will endeavour to resolve your concern promptly.
18. Electronic Communications

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will alert you to any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after the date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. For active cases, we will communicate material changes directly.
20. Miscellaneous
These Terms and any policies posted by us on the Services constitute the entire agreement between you and us. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision is deemed severable and does not affect the validity of any remaining provisions. There is no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship created between you and us as a result of these Terms.
